My practical activity this time is making dishes from lobster, then later shown to the 5 lecturers we have chosen. The day before we had made an appointement with the lecturer. Today's activity is a kind of challenge made by Mr. Ical to show our creativity, which is the winner of this competition get as much as 400 thousand rupiah. For my practice group today it is different from the goup in the previous practices. Today's group is the entrepreneurial group. For our food theme, we took fusion menu, which was a collaboration of Archipelago, Mediterranean and Asian food.
After our lobster products were tasted and rated by our lectrurers, we cleaned all the equipment and returned to the kitchen. And the winner of this competition is group one, congratulations for them.
