Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
Hopefully we will always be in the protection of Allah SWT.

This time I will tell you guys about my practice day, still about croissant, but also sour dough bread. I will share to you a little bit about the history of this bread. Once upon a time in Egypt, there was a man who left his wheat flour mixed with water for few days accidentally, until the dough got inflate, but he still baked it and he got surprise of it, because the dough became a more acidic bread with a soft texture. Sour dough made from wheat flour, water, and natural yeast  or sourdough starter. But people nowadays prefer using instant ragi to natural ragi because it is more simple.
