Hello guys, I will share to you a post about my practical on September 3rd 2019. Like usual practice started at 8 a.m, with same recipe we started to make Pia dough with hope that we can make it this time.

In making Pia uses the same rolling and folding techniques as it does when making croissant bread. Pia dough is divided into 2 dough, the main dough has a soft and smooth texture, while the second dough has a grains of sand texture. To make Pia look layered, scale the dough and then divide it into sections. The smooth dough is grounded and rolled then filled with a textured dough like sand, then folding like when making croissant bread, I use single folding and so on up to 3 times, the fill and form a round shape after that press the part top so it looks rather flat, then bake. Well, my first attempt, second attempt maybe failed, but we will try it again next time, and the result of my product today were not good as expected and must be repeated next practice.
