Daily report (English)

     Halo good readers, assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. Meet me again on blog BelajrKuliner. I will share my story to you about my activity on Thursday, 8th November 2018. Today was my last day in practice week. As I arrived in the kitchen, I put my tools in locker then immediately went to checked my preparation. I still handled Vegetable in sauté section for main course menu.

    I also helped soup, there are Puree of Pumpkins soup and Japanese Clear Soup. I will tell you a little bit about the terminology of Japanese Clear Soup. Japanese Clear Soup or known as Miso soup is a simple Soup origin from Japan, basically made from dashi, for filling adding a bit of seafood or vegetable and adding miso as its taste. Miso is a fermentation of soybean or rice, or both with adding salt.

The restauran opened at 11 a.m, and guest orders continued until dhuhur paying done, or at 2 p.m. After the restauran closed, we cleaned our work area. Before we did general cleaning, we took a break a while for eat, which is the term here is " dish for anak bangsa".
