Daily Report (English)

     Hi dear readers... meet me again in this blog BelajrKuliner.
This time I will tell you about my last practice of this week. On Thursday 9th August 2018. Today we had Celebest Buffet menu. For Celebes Buffet menu there are Peco Doang and Jalang Kote for its appetizer, Sop Saudara and Pallu Ce'la for its soup, Nasi Putih, Konro Bakar, and Pakis Lawar for its main course, Kerupuk, Acar and Sambal, and the last there are Pisang Ijo and Cucuro Bayao for its dessert.

     Today my group mate and I made Bumbu Kacang for Konro Bakar and Nasi Putih. Bumbu Kacang consisting with peanut, shallot, garlic, chili, tamarind, gula merah and for its seasoning we add salt and pepper. Firstly, blend shallot, garlic and chili. Before we blend the peanut, we saute them first. Let the texture of the peanut little bit coarse. For the tamarind, dissolve it into water and squeeze, for the size of the water just adjust it, then remove the tamarind from the water after squeeze. After that saute all the ingredients that has blended, adding water of squeeze tamarind as desired, and adding gula merah until the taste is good. Don't forget to seasoning with salt and pepper.

     For Nasi Putih, of course the main ingredient we need is a rice. Firstly, wash and rinse rice well, do it three times for good results washing, the cook with wok with adding little water. After the rice absorbed the water, boil a water in steamer, then transfer the rice from wok to steamer and steam for about 20 or 25 minutes.
