Hay guys, meet me again on my blog Belajrkuliner. This time I would tell you about my activities in kitchen of Makassar Tourism Polytechnic on 30th April 2018. I arrived in campus as usual, then did oneline in front of the kitchen. This time there was no senior who incharged us, because of they were busy cook food for people who from the Tourism Mynister because they came visitting our campus. After entered the kitchen, and kept bag in the locker, we directly went to cold kitchen to do oneline.
Not long after that, Mr Musawantoro, our kitchen chief entered the cold kitchen to give us some motivation to be more have passion to study. Mr Wawan did not take so many time in give us advices because he had schedule to attend an important meeting. After Mr Wawan finished, Mr Jayadi then took over and divided us to cook practice menu today. Today we made cuisine menu rotation 2.2, it was Thailand cuisine. Here me and my group mates got part to make appetizer menu it was Thai Beef Salad.
When Mr Jaya finished give an instruction, we immediately moved to take the ingredients and utensils. Today resto did not open, so all the meal that we had made was for us. About 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon we started divide ourselves to do general cleaning like usual. I got part to clean cold kitchen area. General cleaning finished about 4.30 o'clock in the afternoon. We took rest a while and then did oneline in front of the kichen so we can back home. That's enough for today.
