Daily Report (English)

Hay, it's me again. This time I will tell you guys about my first day in practice after mid. Like usual we did oneline in front of the kitchen before entered the kitchen. For this week our personal grooming would be checked by our senior every day. I entered the kitchen after my name has called, and the senior checked my tool, then let me in. I directly put my bag in the locker, then entered cold kitchen for oneline together with my friends.

Today was 2nd April 2018, today we practiced menu rotation 2.1, for the appetizer there was Chinese Spinach And Peanut Salad, for the soup there was Traditional Egg Drop Soup, for the main course there was Beef Rice Bowl, and for the dessert there was Tang Yuan and Tang Zhong. Today my group was on, so we not only did the preparation for tomorrow, we also cook them tomorrow. This time my group got task to make dessert menu, there was Tang Yuan. After senior finished give us direction, we immediately moved to do the preparation.

In case of making Tang Yuan, we used Glatinous Rice Flour, warm water, food coloring, for the dough. While for it's contain we used Toasted Black Sesame Seed that blend with sugar. Firstly we scaled all the ingredients. Then made the dough with mixed water to the flour until the dough was ready to mould, after that added food coloring. Here we used three colours of food coloring there were, green, red and yellow, and for the sauce tomorrow we will use simple sauce.
