Daily Report (English)

Now it's 11 o'clock in evening, and I would tell you guys a little bit about what I did today in campus, in the kitchen for exactly. Today I went to campus like usual, use the practice uniform, because it's week of practicing. It took 30 minutes from my house to campus. I went to campus use a motorcycle. I joined my friends when I arrived.

Today my group on, so we cooked for menu that had served today in resto. The menu was menu rotation 1.1, if two weeks ago my group made appetizer, this time we made soup, it's Shrimp Bisque. A day before we had prepared the ingredients already for menu today, there were Stock of skin of shrimp, and meat of shrimp that had ready to blanch.

To make a thick stock, we added roux. Where roux is made of flour and butter, with mix both of this ingredients then cook them in a saucepan. About 12 p.m. resto was opened, and menu today was ready to serve. Two student from my class got task to be abuayer, where this two of people got to note all food that had served in resto.
