Daily Report (English)

Today my friends and I entered the kitchen about 8 am. After our names called one by one, I entered and kept my bag in the locker,and then filled the absence of locker number. I went to the cold kitchen room to join with my friends and did one line just like usual. Before practice had started we prayed first. After that, seniors asked us about the ingredients that we had prepared a day before whether it was ready or wasn't while we were waiting the lecture to give direction.

A few times later, the lecture had came and directly gave us direction about the product that we had to make that day to serve when the resto open for lunch. After he finished, we directly went to take the ingredients and cooked them according to the recipe. In the manufacture in this product, we were very assisted by seniors. As for the product we made today, it was Indonesian product, for the appetizer there was sambal ulang-ulang, for the soup there was Sop Kacang Merah, for the main course there was Bebek Menyatnyat with cooked rice with sambal matah and plecing kangkung, and for the dessert there was Bika Ambon.

Before served, the lecturce taught us how to plating nicely. When the Resto opened, all the products had ready. Resto opened about 12 pm till 2 pm. Today we still used menu Table D'hote system, but with the different rotation, it was 1.3 Rotation. After the resto had closed, we took a rest for about an hour, and then back one line. An hour later we instructed for one line, the lecture came in and gave us some advices. After that, we gc
