Daily Report (English)

Today I entered the kitchen about 8 o'clock in the morning. because had to follow the ceremony first. Like usual my friends and I did one line before we entered the kitchen. Our name called one by one before we entered the kitchen while our tools were checked. When the time my name had called, I walked to seniors and showed my tools. After put bag in the locker, I filled the absence form of number of locker then went to the cold kitchen room to did one line again, before receive material from the lecture.

After prayed, seniors opened the class and not long after that the lecture had come and gave explanation about what we had to prepare. This week my friends and I would practice menu of Table D'hote or Rotation . Why is it called rotation ? Because the menu rotates every week, which means everyday of the week we will cook different menu. The lecture explained to us in detail about Table D'hote menus and what types of dishes we will cook to serve tomorrow at the open restaurant.

Me and my group mates got task to prepare the ingredients to make an appetizer, that was Chicken Salad Hawaian. Here, my group worked together with the second group prepared the ingredients. After divided the task, I moved to take the ingredients that we needed. After all the ingredients were ready, we processed those ingredients, so tomorrow can be directly used in making the product.
