Today my friends and I from grade B semester 2 of Food Production Management made Indonesian Breakfast products, there were Fried Rice, Fried Noodles, and Chicken Porridge. Today I came late. After entered the kitchen I immediately went to the locker to put my bag and then join my friends in the cold kitchen to did one line. The seniors who became our supervisor today introduced their selves right before us.
Product that me and my group cooked today was Fried Rice. So, after the supervisor finished the instruction, we immediately took the ingredients to make the product, because the restaurant was open at 10 o'clock in morning. Where the ingredients was indeed we have prepared the day before, and then kept them in the chiller to keep them fresh. After the ingredients was ready, Chef started to cook the Fried Rice with mixed all the ingredients into wok.
The pictures above are the Indonesian Breakfast that we have made today, where there are Chicken Porridge, Fried Noodles with Beef Sate, Slice Fruit and Fried Rice with Fried Chicken and Sunny Side Up Fried Egg. Our practiced today was run in well. After the break we were back into the kitchen to did one line, right before we were reviewed by our seniors. General cleaning started about 3 o'clock in afternoon, where gc is done with seniors from grade b semester 4.
That's a little bit story from me to post.
