I will share the story about my mid practice. So this time the mid practice themed Bread Corner. Bread Corner itself was held in the Rectorate Building where all bakery and pastry products are on display there, ranging from croissant to pia. Bread Corner started at 10 o'clock in the morning, which was our products enjoyed by the rector's staff and lecturers, then they gave us an assesment of the look and the taste of the bakery and pastry products that we made. After Bread Corner finished, we cleaned the equipments we used and returned to the kitchen again. When everything was doen we were absent and went home.
