Daily report (English)

    Halo good readers, meet me again in my writing on blog BelajrKuliner about my daily activity during my week practice. I will share to you my story on Tuesday 6th November 2018. Time has gone so far and here we are in two more weeks of practice to the end of this third semester. Today I came early to campus because lately we always entered the kitchen at 7 a.m., so to avoid of wearing a late clothes and be Steward all day long I preferred come earlier.

     For practice this time I got butcher section, but Boss Genk told to half of us in butcher section to help main course group, I directly joined my friends in main course section and questioned them about what else did they need to make their dish. This time I help for making soup, they were Japanense Clear Soup and Puree of Pumpkins Soup and this section of soup handled by my friend, Nurlina.

    For filling of Japanese Clear Soup, we used blanched shrimp and green peas, while for Puree of Pumpkins Soup, we blended Pumpkins with sauteed onion and carrot. A few weeks ago we boiled the pumpkins before blend then, but this time we baked them for good colour result for the soup.
