Good evening and welcome to my blog Belajrkuliner. This time I would tell you about my activities in kitchen today. Today on 1st may 2018. Today was a National Labor Day and today we still attended kitchen class even it was holiday. Today we were instructed to come at 10 o'clock in morning. I arrived in campus about 10 o'clock in morning, I directly entered cold kitchen after kept my bag in the locker. Here we were made sushi, it was for serve to people from ministry in Orange Building.
After did oneline and Chef Aldino gave us a direction about how to make sushi, we immediately moved to make that meal. When we finished, we put those all kind shape of sushi on working table. All sushi product we put on the working table, then my friends took a picture of those sushi for them to post on their both social media and blog for their daily report task. At 13..45 we started do prepare for tomorrow, it was chinese food.
Then, we were divided into group to do general cleaning. This time I got part to clean butcher area. Butcher is an ares to process all kind of meat. General cleaning started about 3.30 and finished about 5 o'clock in the afternoon. After general cleaning was done, we took a break for a while and then we were instructed to do oneline in front of the kitchen to go home. At the time the lecture finished give advices, we went home then. That's all for today. Thank you for reading and keep reading ;)
