Well, meet me again on my blog Belajrkuliner. This time I would tell you about my activities in the kitchen today on Mei 14th 2018. Time passes so fast, Where today was the last week me and my friends to practice in the kitchen in semester 2. And after that we would carry out for our final exam. Today my friends and I just did prepare for tomorrow. Like usual we did oneline in front of the kitchen first, and our name called one by one, then we entered the kitchen to keep our bag and directly to cold kitchen did online
We did prepare about half past 12 noon. We got Indonesian food today to prepare, there was Jalangkote for its appetizer, Sosok Utan for its soup, Konro Bakar dan Nasi Putih for its main course, and pisang ijo for its dessert. Before we did prepare today, we were reviewed first. After that, then we divided into group to do prepare. Today me and my group mate were off, so we just helped another group to prepare the ingredients. This time I helped to make pisang ijo and jalangkote.
When the preparation was done, we did oneline again in the cold kitchen for the division of general cleaning section. Today I did general cleaning in pastry and bakery area. General cleaning started at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and finished at 4 in the afternoon. When it was done, me and my friends took a rest in front of the kitchen. After that did oneline, and went home at 6 o'clock in the evening.
