Daily Report (English)

Our menu today was Japan food. Today we had Okonomiyaki, Miso Soup, Sushi and Dorayaki to prepare. We did not do oneline in front of the kitchen, we did it in the cold kitchen. I was keeping my bag in the locker when Mr Ical was coming into the cold kitchen to discuss about our last general cleaning on friday.

Coincidence today i was off, and group who did the preparation was group 2. So I helped one of my friend to do her project, to make cake from Tempe. Firstly, prepare and scale all the ingredients, such as eggs, flour, margarine, sugar, and etc. Cut Tempe into small cutting before steam for a few minutes, then blend. After that mix eggs and sugar then add tbm then flour while mix them. Then mix tempe with the dough with melted margarine and cocoa powder.  Then transfer the dough in mould and bake.






After that I went and helped one of my friend to do her preparation. She prepared some ingredients to make Okonomiyaki, it was Japan Omelette. Where this egg uses cabbage and leek for filling, and beef bacon for topping. Okonomiyaki uses mayonnaise sauce and tonkatsu sauce as its dressing, and aonori for garnish.
