Daily Report (English)

This week is practice week for my class, today 5th March 2018 I arrived in campus before 8 a.m. And we started one line about 8 o’clock in the morning. Like usual we were called one by one before entered the kitchen. Before entered the kitchen, our tools were checked first. After that I directly to the locker room to put my bag and then went to the cold kitchen room to join my friends did one line. We were prayed before start the activity.


Not long after that Mr Syahrial came and gave us an explanation about what product we were going to make today. The product we had prepared today was menu rotation 1.4, there was Chicken Liver and Herb Pute Hollandaise Sc. For the appetizer, Clam Chowder for the soup, Spaghetti Bolognaise Sc. For the main course, and for the dessert there was Baked Custard Tart. Today group 1 got turn to off, which is mean we didn’t do prepare today. My group mates and I at the outside of the kitchen had discussed about what were we going to make for our research.





After had discussed and sharing with my friends, finally we got some ideas and got plan to consult directly to the lecturer in time. My friends and I had decided to do consult today, after entered the office room, we started to tell our idea for research. The lectures were happy with our thing, and they had adviced us to learn more firstly about the thing that we have to research. At 2.20 p.m we did one line and break for about an hour. An hour later we were back to do gc and after finish we went home
